Tourism has been growing fast in the travel segmentation on global scale and this course will discuss the halal tourism concept and all embodies to support the implementation of halal tourism. In this course, we will discuss the basic theory of tourism, the concept of halal, Scope and Concept of Halal Tourism, Halal Logistic Management and Halal Quality Assurance System. The learning activities are in the form of lecture, field task, outing class, presentation and discussion. The assessment will be made based on Learning Evaluation test in each module (70%) and Final Presentation (30%).
